Travellers to Portugal are being warned of strike action by security guards at the country’s airports later this month. Security staff are planning strike action from May 13-17. The airlines say the walk-out might cause delays and advised passengers to make allowance for the additional time it may take to go through security control and to check in luggage. Security staff at Portugal’s airports also staged strikes over the Easter period.
