New Malaysia Tourism director

Malaysia Tourism has a new boss for the Nordic region. Helen Eriksson returns to Scandinavia after 30 years in Malaysia with her own incoming company.

Eriksson, who is also known in Malaysia as Nasha Abdullah.

It was in Malaysia that she started her career and discovered her passion for the country. She worked in tourism starting as a tour guide, working through the ranks and eventually starting her own travel agency in 1999.

Now she has decided to return to Sweden more than 30 years later to share that passion for Malaysia in her new capacity as the newly appointed marketing and public relations consultant for the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
